Dear Teifi Common Law Assembly Members,
In accordance with Natural Law and Natural Liberty – with reference to the Law of the Land (Common Law) – stopping ones motor vehicle in a designated car parking bay is not an infringement on the civil liberties of other lawfully abiding men or woman.
Succinctly, if ‘no harm’ is done to other law abiding citizens then there can be no victim and therefore no crime has been committed.
Furthermore the Common Land on which the car parks are situated within the post code of SA43 is, fundamentally, the property of the local residents. The facilities were paid for via the taxation of the local residents of SA43 (We The People) and it is considered therefore an abuse to be continuously charged financially for each occasion residents use their own local amenities.
Please find attached a printable document to be displayed within your vehicle absolving all future car parking charges for Teifi Common Law Assembly members who reside within the post code of SA43, for the time period of 2022.
Should Teifi Common Law Assembly members incur any administrative ‘difficulties’ (such as fines) please make known publicly the individuals and/or corporate entities attempting to overturn the will of ‘We The People’ via Natural Law, Natural Liberty and the Law of the Land (Common Law).
With warmest wishes for 2022.
Sincerely,
Owen Lucas – Common Law Field Secretary
