DOJ Attorney On Alex Pretti Case: “The Whole Thing Is A Sham”

"Because there is no serious federal investigation the state of Minnesota is trying to do its own investigation."

"But as in the case of Renee Good federal authorities are making that very hard."

"Here the feds are trying to box out the state. They are denying Minnesota police access to key evidence."

"Courts have lost all confidence in the credibility and the integrity of the leadership."

Latest on the investigation of ICE slaying of Alex Pretti: As in the case of Renee Good, DOJ and FBI are not conducting a civil rights investigation.

Instead, DHS is investigating itself. Minnesota state authorities have been denied access to evidence. This is all so sketchy that a Trump-appointed federal judge has intervened to prevent feds from destroying or tampering with evidence.
